• Check-up of prospective and latent  mothers and their children
• Training of Village Level Health Workers and Traditional Birth Attendants (TBA) 

Promotion of a healthy lifestyle and awareness for disease prevention

• Personal hygiene & sanitation
• Nutrition & safe drinking water
• Nature cure
• Family planning (spacing, contraceptive use) & reproductive health
• Awareness about common diseases
• Awareness about conventional medicine
• De-addiction Mental health

Each MOBILE CLINIC visits four to five villages a day, six days a week. Thus, eighty villages are covered by three clinics in a weekly schedule.

The DENTAL CLINIC visits one cluster village a day, five villages a week.

DISPENSARY

Timing: 9 to 11 am & 3 to 8 pm (tentative)

Entire population of approx. ninety villages regardless of caste, creed and religion

• Multipliers (teachers, Village Level Health/Balwadi workers, community leaders, Mahila Mandals)
• Individuals (esp. adolescents, women, school children)

• Three Mobile Clinic (1 doctor, 1 Paramedic, 1 driver cum case collector)
• One Dental Clinic (1 dentist, 1 paramedic, 1 driver cum case collector)
• One Dispensary ( 1 doctor, 1 paramedic, 1 lab technician, 1 helper)
• Out of five doctors at least two lady doctors. At least one female staff within each team

• Three health promoters (male and female) along with medical staff
